We live in a confusing world as predicted for this time in history
longs have suffered far more than we should due to jva sec doj dtc otc mm's brokers shorters etc and now the waiting game for financials (presumably audited as indicated by KMG IR) sec reg statement PROSPECTUS promised by PR as part of apparent march to uplisting long planned by CWRN as per May 26 2011 PR but CWRN was extremely hindered in producing audited financials etc until far removed from the jva
the company still exists on the ground in the real world as before. Due to the aforementioned lack of personal finances and the nonstop harassment Bob Sharon personally experienced they sold their controlling interests to Brad Resnick and wife Ivonne,so except for the legal cases and any consulting they are no longer involved.
The legal cases dont affect operations and CWRN should net millions from the cases if theres any justice left,most of which will go to the benefit of the legal entity CWRN- the still existing company, and thus be used to expand operations etc, of which Brad/Ivonne are now the majority stockholders.
We are waiting for the things promised by the last PR-my posts indicate some of the likely reasons for delays in receiving those things -delays common to almost all those companies.
E.g considering the unbelievable harassment resulting from the march 2010 PR SECURITY /TRANSTION CONCERNS IN BECOMING A PUBLIC CO(FOR BRAD),they are apparently withholding info until the things promised by the PR are ready to be published
by all accounts and logic they are producing and arranging contracts for sale of product etc,which at some point we will hear about,very possibly after the fact ,as with the last PR noting a shipment of ca 68000 tons May 19
