I thought I'd give all of you a response from Ray concerning the up listing for those of you that aren't in the FB Group. This was posted August 2nd:

As posted elsewhere: The Form-10 is very, very deep into completion. Yes, it has taken a @#$-load longer than anyone wanted! Maybe it could have been faster. Maybe we (I) made a mistake by keeping an accountant on the job way too long - one that was too overloaded with too many other clients all trying to file Qs - one that was recommended by the Auditors - before finally kicking him to the curb and bringing on someone that both the lawyers & I know (and actually already does business with the Auditors), but we (I) recently did just that.
The new guy has accomplished more in the short time he has been on the job than the other one did in the last six weeks! Argh! I'm sorry. The fault is mine (and I'm more pissed than anyone). (And my patience was tested, like yours.) I don't blame the other accountant (but I kind'a do). He was just too overloaded because he's cheep (but really good, when he actually does the work).
Anyway, the more costly alternative will be done very, very soon and we can actually file.
