Scott Nelowet, founder and CEO of French Fry Heaven, a budding franchise specializing in 50+ flavors of gourmet French fries, is taking a 15-day "Fries Across America" tour in a food truck starting Sept. 5 in Houston and culminating in Atlanta on Sept. 20. In total, Nelowet will hit eight cities identified as key growth markets for the brand.

While treating attendees with a gourmet fry-tasting experience, Nelowet will simultaneously feed their entrepreneurial spirits with his contagious passion.
