OK that doesn't make sense to me.  What does google have to do with the website?  It has to be a flash issue IMO.  I've had similar problems with flash templates myself.  I've never had a problem with resolving IP stuff.  It is just like instant with my registrar.  With a click of the button my IP will resolve.  So that tells me it is a flash issue with the template.  These stock templates have bugs in them that sometimes takes more time to figure out that it is to work on making the real website.
