On August 2, 20L3, the Articles of Incorporation of Global Beverage Solutions, Inc.were amended to change its n€rme to "Real Brands, Inc." and to decrease itE total uthorized stock to 40,000,000 sharesr p?r value $0.001, with 38,000,000 of such shares being designated as Common Stock and the remaining 2,000,000 shares being designated as Preferred Stock, of which 200/000 shares were designated as SerieE A Preferred Stock with "super voting rights" of 100 votes per share. This amendment effected a 150:1 reverse split
