First of all welcome to the board! I have to assume your talking about the Private Placement Memorandum document when you are asking about additional information. That will only come to those that wish to be a part of this rare opportunity.
I've stated that I'm going to be one of the shareholders that will be accepting the PP offer. I would expect that I'll be receiving the forms but as for them containing any additional information other than the legal matters, I think everything is in the 8 page document you should already have.
I can tell you there are several people that have come forward in the last 2 days which is great! Some folks have said it sounds great but they don't have the funds available, but wish they did. Some are silent but I want you all to understand that this is going to happen regardless, one way or another. Naturally the more that is raised the better the cash position will be moving forward and expanding the business. Frankly this is an opportunity that is rarely offered to common shareholders so it's a little more for people to digest but we're on our way and moving forward.
