from what we know they are concerned about information being leaked-after all Brad was able to buy because of the way out of proportion harassment Bob received due to a Mar 2010 incipient promo intended to raise money to begin production-due to a high level political figure believing all business is evil -but he couldnt do anything about big business so he reportedly hired 100's of extra sec lawyers ca 2009 etc w a political mandate to attack low priced pennies w sec then apparently greenlighting dtc brokers otc etc to attack low priced pennies also
Also, Brads never been public before-it a whole new world fraught w land mines-especially in the present anti-business political climate-which Brad has to learn to navigate
they may have also been bombarded by emails to their surprise and so shut down communication until the promised financials etc are forthcoming- again they dont want to do anything to upset the sec in this political climate prior to up-listing
Nevertheless, we can judiciously and politely remind them of their responsibilities to keep stock holders informed
