Hey Gregg! I am a bit disappointed by the lack of filings also but not really suprised. What does suprise me is that there hasn't been a sell-off this morning. Starting to believe that there are a lot of shares locked in hands that are willing to wait several more quarters if necessary.
No matter the outcome TYTN is still by far my favorite stock ever!
