He does have a fiduciary duty to the shareholders

He does have a fiduciary duty to the shareholders, so as long as he acts in the best interest of us, the shareholders, he is performing his duties. However, you bring up a good point about the Q2. How can we measure his performance without seeing the numbers? Q2 would help! I am unsure why we have not seen the numbers or the notification of late filing. I have not received an email response back. For a while it seemed like Dwyer was a bit too transparent and the naysayers were using it to their advantage. Now he is taking the opposite extreme by lacking transparency. Can we get a middle ground? I hope so. At this point I want to see an update when progress is realized, but I do expect the Q2 filings now! The only explanation I can offer is that they are being audited causing a delay, but I would at least like to know that so I can stop refreshing my browser waiting for the BCAP filings on the OTC markets website.
