Welcome to this great posting venue and SRGE board Jimmy40! I think you'll like Investors Hangout and I've noticed that SRGE has been one of the most viewed and active lately under this forum.
Per your post showing MSJ's domain link, I noticed it was updated June 26, 2012. I'm thinking the SRGE shell was created by MSJ to put the world-class mining properties into likely to protect them. Prior to that MSJ may have been going public via a new website as per the following link suggests. Then they re-acquired them as per the signature of Feb 11, 2013 with purchase details to follow. I assume after the sale or JV of the properties.
