Re: Blushingreen #2541
April is when the timeline came out.  They gave themselves until Q3 (JUL-SEP) to respond to the questions because they understood that it would take more than just one round of questioning.  Yes, they responded to the first set of questions on June 6th....but that does not mean they expected that to be the it as far as questioning goes! Koos even said the following in the PR:

"Although it is possible that a second round of comments may be issued, we feel this process is extremely useful to creating a clinical trial that is optimized for safety and detection of efficacy."

He KNEW there would be more questions they had to answer.  Why would a company with intelligent leadership give itself a restrictive timeline without alotting space for contingencies within the timeline?  It makes no sense on even that level.  Even IF they thought they could handle FDA questions by the end of June, it makes more sense to PR to shareholders that it would be done between JUL-SEP instead of making them look like they failed to achieve their goals on-time.

As far as sub-penny stocks rarely PR-ing things and finishing them ahead of schedule....if you think this is your average sub-penny stock then you are greatly mistaken.
