Why would a company with intelligent leadership give itself a restrictive timeline without alotting space for contingencies within the timeline? It makes no sense on even that level. Even IF they thought they could handle FDA questions by the end of June, it makes more sense to PR to shareholders that it would be done between JUL-SEP instead of making them look like they failed to achieve their goals on-time.
As far as sub-penny stocks rarely PR-ing things and finishing them ahead of schedule....if you think this is your average sub-penny stock then you are greatly mistaken.
