I thought when the stock traded lower from .0008 t

I thought when the stock traded lower from .0008 to .0007 on that trade which appears as a sell then the ask would have stayed the same or grown not get decrease... unless it moved the stock down a tick which didn't happen.  That's why it was an eye opening trade to me.
