Big money in a brand name!! When it's legal to trademark mj brands, SK can claim "Sovereign OG" because Sovereign International Inc used "Sovereign OG" in commerce first and has been using it along. Sovereign OG is high demand brand. SK is buying Sovereign International Inc and a valuable brand that will get more valuable $$$$$$ as mmj gets bigger and bigger!! Sort of like owning Marlboro brand or Tropicana.
