I tend to agree that NorthCal is now in a position to become more active in the plan. It was not NorthCal's place to secure concessions, work with the Panamanian government or Kunas, etc. This was Hollund's responsibility. Now that they have apparently accomplished that, now NorthCal can be of greater assistance, perhaps even financing. But NorthCal teamed up with Hollund for the purpose of milling/distributing the timber Hollund harvests. NorthCal is fully aware of the potential of the Tigerlynk. Now they can begin gearing up to start selling timber we harvest. Who better to do this than NorthCal. I do not know about a reverse merger-I think that depends on Hollunds plans for the Tigerlynk other than tree harvesting. NorthCal knows nothing about dredging, bridge repair, gold digging, underwater disaster repair, etc. Kgem mentioned spinoffs and that makes sense to me. But it appears the plan is coming together.
