So DTL, I guess you have finally sold your shares and are moving on, right?  Especially since the company is behind in filing their 10Q.  Look at this picture.  What you really want is for Treaty to be successful, so you can sell your shares for a profit, right?  Yet, you continually berate them for just about anything.  If you owned a company and did that to your employees, do you think you would get top notch performance, or would their productivity reflect the negative force that you would continually express?  It's JMO, but I would bet that Treaty is not the least bit concerned with what I think, even though it's usually positive, and for sure they are not concerned with what you think, especially since it is usually negative.  I'm always amused by how many posters think they can manage their invested company and post accordingly.  Doesn't happen.  By the way, Shortly is just a matter of interpretation of time.  When you consider that a person may live to the age of 75, even a year is a pretty short amount of time.  Look at Berkshire Hathaway's concept of investing.  They consider a period of three years a short term investment.  What they are looking for is five to ten year opportunities, with even that term intermediate to long.
