Subscription rights in BioPorto A/S will be admitted to trading and official listing on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen as per 20 August 2013. As at the same date, ISIN DK0011048619 (BIOPOR) will be traded exclusive of subscription rights.

BioPorto makes a rights issue of a minimum of 40,000,000 new shares and maximum of 70,724,526 new shares each bearing a face value of DKK 1. Subscription price is DKK 1 per share of DKK 1. 

The subscription period for the rights issue commences on 23 August 2013 and closes on 5 September 2013. 

Please note:

Subscription of new shares will take place in a separate temporary ISIN which will not be traded on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S. The new shares from the rights issue will be traded in the existing ISIN (DK0011048619) after the registration of the new shares with the Danish Business Authority. The change is expected to be implemented on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen as per 17 September 2013.
