With access to an agency's critical information from patrol-mounted laptops, field personnel can search for names, vehicles, and more, and see alerts and warnings on potentially dangerous individuals. APCO attendees can also see the Spillman Touch module in action, which provides call updates directly and immediately from the dispatch office to field personnel on an iPhone, Android phone, iPad, or other tablet. Field agents can also search for names, vehicles, properties, and incident records and see related alerts and warnings in situations where desktop or laptop computers aren't accessible.
