My opinion is that when OS was 900 mil and float bout 450 mil that these insiders owned the rest. The other 500 mil was probably issued as a result of the mergers or to pay for the 2 clinics they are opening in 3rd quarter. If those guys cannot pick up the shares they need im guessing Mr X comes back around and starts paying for promos to push the price up. Either way im thinking were in a good position before this takes place. Hopefully that activity yesterday is a sign that news is comming out today. Lets see.
