That is fine openminded, I have made that mistake in the past but do not take it out on the company and us. What has the company not done what they said they would do. Restructuring (gonna take some time), balance sheet make over (check), Preffered shares (check check), common share offering (potential cha ching), growing the business (new contracts), registration (commencing), dividends (planned for oct.), underwriter (short list), uplist (near future), convert commons to dollars to regain lost investment from R/S and to create market for SPO..hmmm...

I don't like to "attack" people on here but when you come out and say SCAM and start berading the board then that would make even the level headed investor upset....Patience
