Integracer02, I did and I honestly do not like it. My hope a prayer is that HIMR will start generating enough money to pay them off so that section of the supplemental filing will be of no effect whatsoever. I can see why many start-ups can get shackled by some lenders. Pretty harsh conditions. Again may HIMR not find itself in a position that will trigger section 8, AMEN.
