If my memory serves me correctly, I believe DTL has posted many times recently that most of his shares are restricted. Being Teco is behind in filing or PINK if you will that would mean that he could not get them unrestricted anyway to sell if he wanted. And 

So what is your point ?????????

I'm sure he's getting ready to at least get them unrestricted, if Teco ever comes off he pink sheet
