SAM....nice to see you again. I see you continue to post information without using the phrase, "in my opinion", so some may in fact think what you say is fact.
So since i've been away for a while, let me clarify some "facts" for you:
Several Asher notes were paid off. FACT
In the corporate update, management said that other toxic finance deals in place would be handled with either cash on hand or through strategic invesors - FACT
The stock is now about 400% higher than when you called it a scam and then a share selling "scheme" - FACT
Share selling schemes and facts do NOT pay off toxic debt in cash - FACT
The Company has announced it has bought the raw materials for it's first production run - FACT
That takes money to buy - FACT
The Company has stated in their update that they would be introducing their first production run product through their distributor (and probably through their web site) shortly, FACT
The Company stated they have a whole "suite" of products in various areas they are working on - FACT
Most every pink sheet and OTCQB stock has someone who is "promoting the company" If it's Kris Kline or anyone else and he is cold calling people as any other IR firm would do or is using a list as any other IR firm would do , THERE IS NO LAW AGAINST HIM DOING SO. YOU MAY NOT LIKE IT, BUT IT IS NOT ILLEGAL. FACT
I could list a million more facts but why bother?
IN MY OPINION, this company is one of the few microcaps that will actually make it and do quite well. IN MY OPINION, management has done and will continue to do a great job cleaning up the balance sheet. IN MY OPINION, their business will thrive.
