I love that Note 12 @ the end of their report.  You know there is more to the story than just a request for more info.

When that SA article came out saying they were crimminals, it was so over the top, I didn't believe it.  I didn't want to believe it.  I spent weeks defending them over it.  But now it is starting to sink in.  One thing about all that stuff that really struck me was that they never responded to those claims.  If someone called my wife a crimminal like that you would be sure I would be there defending / sueing someone.  But not a peep from them.  I thought what man would ignore this slander?  I now think there was a lot of truth to that article.  Look @ CANV.  Wasn't that a scam that screwed people out of their mortgages before they got the name change?  Look @ how MJNA is setup with a fabric of this and that spin off and stock this and that and licenses this and that.  Who can really figure out how that company is built?

If they are behind SKTO manipulation, it could be justice that the SEC is calling them out.  Kinda like Capone - They couldn't get him on any murders or prohibition stuff so they got him on tax evasion.
