Good Morning All. The news this morning is good. Finally, Hollund has a definitive (or formal) contract for the concession on Lake Bayano. This means all permits are now granted and preparations can or are being made for an off-loading ramp to remove timber from the lake. Once built, this ramp is the kick-off for revenue generation using divers to start. This means we are on our way folks. I expect regular news up-dates from here on out.
What kind of news can we expect? Well, equipment must be brought to the site for timber extraction. Hollund partnered with a local company (B&B Madera) that will mill their product and provide transport. More should be announced regarding this partnership in the coming days and weeks. A crew of divers and harvest personnel (lakeside) will or must also be hired. Will lumber be cut and stored somewhere prior to shipment? Will this be on site or at B&B Madera's facility?
With one concession obtained, will the next soon follow? How big will the next concession be? Hollund stated that this first concession was just a small one. The weeks and months ahead should be exciting. Every project that utilizes HIMR's lumber could generate additional press for us, as well as revenue. This feels like a race car on the starting line waiting for the signal.
