I'm sure their next bash will be funding.  When funding gets approved it will be production, etc.  These types must be so negative on life.  Real bummers to hang out with I bet.  Always critical about something.  They need to get a life and start enjoying what you can.  I rarely chat with them and when I do I always refer to them as chummers.
