Holbrook, New York, August 6th, 2013 - Northstar Global Business Services , Inc. Symbol (OTC PINK: MDIN), today announced it has decided to accelerate the release of two of the company?s most anticipated products; Goodnight?s sleep, an all natural oral spray sleep aid , and Snorenz Nighttime, a version of the company's top selling all natural anti-snoring spray with a safe and effective sleep inducing formula added. Originally slated for release in early 2014, both products will be available for purchase by the end of August.
Goodnight's Sleep has been one of the top selling sleep aids in the US, and has been carried in just about every major retailer nationwide and abroad. After several years, the popular product is back and better than ever. It's easy to use, spray delivery system made it work faster and better than any other sleep aid on the market. Easier to ingest than products in a pill form, more pleasing to the palate than nasty syrups and liquids, goodnight's sleep is the best solution for anyone who has a hard time falling asleep , but doesn't want to use dangerous prescription medications. Perhaps the most exciting part of the new release is that goodnight's sleep is now 100% all natural, and does not contain Diphenhydramin HCL, a popular chemical ingredient of many sleep aids that can bring on uncomfortable and even dangerous side effects. Instead, the company has taken the past few years to perfect it's proprietary blend of natural drowsiness and relaxation causing ingredients to create the new and improved Goodnight's Sleep which some tests indicate, is even more effective than the previous formula. In addition to bringing on drowsiness and a great slumber, Goodnight's Sleep may also help with minor anxiety and bring overall stress levels down.
Snorenz Nighttime is simply the top selling anti- snoring spray, Snorenz, with the new Goodnight's Sleep formula added. The consumer favorite now not only lubricates the uvula to help quiet snoring, but also to help the consumer sleep better. Studies show that often stress and mild insomnia contribute to snoring in many ways. However, an all-natural product administered in a spray, that tackles both issues, has eluded the marketplace, until now. Snorenz Nighttime aims to fill that niche with its patented spray delivery system, and dominate the snoring and sleep aid markets, collectively representing an estimated $40 billion annually.
Northstar's CEO, Nicholas Chieco explained the reason for the early release, "Originally slated for the beginning of 2014, we decided to fast track the development and release of these two blockbusters mainly to assist in the acceleration of getting our products to retailers shelves. Despite having a solid patent, similarities between Snorenz and other anti-snoring devices and aids made it more difficult to place in a shelf plan. This ended up causing some minor delays in ?brick and mortar? release. The new additions offer several options for section placement, making it easier for the big box retailers that have already contracted with Northstar to carry the product, and in some cases already have stock of the original Snorenz on hand. Goodnight?s sleep already has a history of sales, so adding it to the product line is a no brainer for retailers."
The company's plan is to first offer both products online through it's website, and on Amazon.com, adding the other big name online retailers shortly thereafter, and then the entire line of products will get out to the brick and mortar retailers that have been preparing to roll out Snorenz for several months now. The company put this plan together with representatives from those retailers to maximize value and shorten the time to deployment onto shelves across the US and abroad. Although no firm date has yet been given for release in big box stores, the company is confident that deployment will begin very soon.
In addition, the company is very close to releasing it's quarterly disclosure statement, currently scheduled for release by August 15th, barring any unforeseen issues. This will be the company's first release to be audited by a licensed CPA . Since it stopped reporting to the SEC last year. Mr. Chieco expressed excitement about the quarterly disclosure, saying, I am anxious for people to see that we have been spot on with our reporting. Anyone can put out financials, but when a CPA audits them, he puts his license on the line so everything is triple checked guaranteeing the public get's a 100% accurate report.
