True--I started posting partly because I felt bad for chris hanging out there without more info against those who profit from a pps fall-who know they are lying for profit

and there were thousands of hours valuable true land use permit etc experience I could add-but permit experience here w SIRG has been the OPPOSITE of my experience for a pre-existing use  in a business friendly jurisdiction w no competing uses or organized opposition-I dealt w developers who would redraw the zoning map and be issued permits without ANY public input in blatant violation of the law and would always get away with it

from the beginning I had 3 conditions- sirgs ability to finance.,progress of permits, and high level political pressure from outside Arizona, which I believe at this point was responsible for the opening of the BLM permit Aug 2012?

and has delayed BLM permit via a BLM Political appointee following the orders of a high level politician who thinks business is evil and has to be stopped- wasnt able to do anything re big business so he came against these startups in a vengeful rage-misusing the political process, as I explain in much more detail in other posts
