VDSC -Divi confirmed via OTC. 1 for 172 of VDSC--as of now divi is not tradeable.
Expect a lower PPS Tuesday for those that want VDSC shares.
Personally removed my bid-waiting to see what happens. IMO divi hunters will exit-good chance for cheaper shares,
