Medical marijuana will be used to cure illness and reduce pain while at the same time reduce illegal drug smuggling at outrageous prices. This will help reduce crime and also develop into a new economic power house to fill the tax coffers, reduce the budget deficits and control it's use more effectively then police can. Less money spent on drug arrests reduce over all cost to tax payers. Industry will be created very quickly that produces green jobs.

When alcohol prohibition went into effect, they destroyed the 5th largest job producer in America over night and put people on the street while creating a cash bonanza for the boot leggers. Once it was over, the industry came back and put people to work.

Same thing is happening with marijuana. Less money going into drug lords pockets and more into the economy of America!!!
