panther2, sorry to intervene on your question but I would personally never answer that question.  If I did then  the word "estimated date" or "guesstimated dates" would be my disclaimer.  Haven't we come to learn that no matter what dates are given;  something always interrupts the original schedule for well completion.  Weather, electric company, mechanical components, death in family (sad but true), etc, etc, etc.  Take any dates with a grain of salt!  We invested in SNAILS!
