Integracer02, exactly my thought too. So I will rather wait and see how they interpret and implement what they have listed in the blog of 07th August 2013 (you can tell from my date format that I am British mindset LOL) rather than try to second-guess what they mean or worry about what I do not have control of. Just my thought.
