WE have experienced many frustrating games by jva otc dtc mm's brokers sec doj political process etc and suffered enough for sure.
I;m concerned shorters have so brainwashed longs that any issuance is dilution-if what is received exceeds the market value of stock issued to receive it thats not really dilution because it fundamentally strengthens the co and supports pps
there are other reasons for a r/s-and this is NOT the type of r/s penny traders are so familiar with-that bad kind results from a no net income where fundamentals or lack thereof drive pps to .0001 and such co's cant raise needed money at .0001 so they r/s
not to say this kind is good either-bad for those w high average-but whats the alternative -stay in same boat w dtc restriction and no financials? we've got to get out of this boat
here we have a nice net income-when we are shipping in a high profit industry -thus dont need to raise money to keep co alive
when I talked to dozens of brokers re dtc restriction they most often mentioned 2 things to remove dtc - current financials and a pps above 1 cent
so to remove the dtc 1 usually has to get pps above 1c-and thats the bare minimum-brokers would like above 10c-and since a broker sponsor is needed to remove dtc and dtc is reportedly owned by brokers- co's r/s to comply w those rules to get pps above 1c
due to sec reg statement etc we may not have to r/s for those purposes-but still other reasons-many investors wont buy a stock below 1c or 10c or 50c and on and on-so raising pps increases the investment pool dollars even though some traders who prefer the lowest pps choose to exit
also otcqx has a min pps of 10c and big boards start at $2 except for mysterious baby nasdaq
if theres any justice CWRN should net millions from the trials-which then could go to any debt plus equipment-and money from Geos selling of stock could be used in the manner you suggested
