It is hoped one of the cases affects the 1000/1 the PR promised.  It would be nice to see a ruling  that the amount for which Geo sold its stock must be pumped back into the stock before any 1000 to 1 can happen.  Perhaps pumping it back into the stock after the 1000/1 wouldn't be too bad, but get in back in there.  However, if all we get is the 1000/1 with a massively bloated A/S (which obviously promises heavy dilution) then many of us longs are nothing but toast!
