I do believe your post is not appropriate for this board but I will respond.
Asher Enterprises is one of several funding companies that have assisted over 800 companies with start-up funds. There are companies that never should be given a dime because they have no assets, a poor business plan and officers who do nothing except collect fat pay checks. SUGO is a prime example of such a company. They go all the way back to MONK and trading was suspended on their stock in Canada. Their share price dropped from .18 down to the trips. They defaulted on the mining claims and failed to pay the BLM maintenance fees. They lost the claims and today have zero assets. The notes became due and were converted. They were forced to raise their A/S to 2,500,000 shares to cover all those notes and today SUGO trades at NO BID most days.
