Look at that volume! Why no interest in TECO? C'mon Blind; why isn't anyone getting "ready"? Aren't you suppose to be recruiting the angels, institutional investors, mom and pop millionaires, etc? What's the problem with all of TECO's huge potential in Texas and Belize and their announced CFP back in February?
