I had a huge position that I sold today and im very fortunate I was able to this morning..I have done ALOT of DD and posted but im seeing Red Flags ! Benetic patent and news is just some Mild Fluff going on by  company ...That patent material has been sitting On the Shelf collecting dust for some time..If said material was such a Ground Breaking - Find, someone else would have snatched it UP long ago...It parrallels Dr. MINS research as Gene Silencing, seems to me if his research was so great they wouldn't be renting someone elses gene silencing material. In fact  FDA IND approval is way over due it usually only takes 30 for FDA to approve (I have a list of many company's with approval in 30 days, link below. report is dated dec 24th, said company in Link submitted IND request Nov.21st.)... FDA fastracks these approvals.Its been 30 days from June 21 (when bmsn resubmitted their response for 2nd round) and July 21 was 30 days later - still haven't heard from FDA....if this goes to round 3 (which they don't have to announce) the odds of approval are abismal.  KOOS has made a lot of Blunders in many of his PR's, he Slipped in the 14C PR when he said Q&A's with FDA could take a couple months (NOT if they get approved by FDA by end of round 2 though). As I stated, we are way past 30 days since our submission of Q & A's (June 21) which started Round 2....When KOOS slipped and stated could take couple more months, I believe he was thinking that would be the case if BMSN had to continue into a Round 3....We are way past round 2 time frame now with no news (and they don't have to give news to keep  shareholders updated) ... We are for all intense and purposes in round 3 in my opinion and if such, approval is not going to happen...I personaly think MIN data for HEMA is definitely coming Short of satisfying the FDA or they would have been approved in round 1...Hence the PR yesterday of acquiring BENETIC's  Gene Silencing patent. I think this was acquired by BMSN to add to MIN data to help fulfill supplying further incomplete data to obtain approval....And the longer KOOS strings this out (couple of months) by going into round 3 (not many round 3's with FDA get approved) the better chance he has keeping all these NEW shareholders  invested in BMSN to dump the affor mentioned 3B shares/dilution on them.....That's why I sold yesterday...
