Hey triple J - the most recent court filing indicates the parties anticipate settlement in early September. Quite a coincidence huh? That is when disclosure of third party verification of HY-impact stationary application is due. Oh, I see you left that little factoid out of your recent court report, must have been an oversight on your part. No worries, I got you covered, go HLNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
