Management of Medinah Minerals, Inc. is pleased to report that the Company has received an upgrade to its Pink Sheet listing status. The Company is now registered with an “Alternate Reporting Standard” classification. This corresponds with the newly implemented regulatory change that now allows companies such as Medinah Minerals, Inc. to become fully EDGAR-compliant. Management has been anxiously waiting for the implementation of these new Federal regulations that gives a bonafied boost to the overall credibility of our OTC Markets Pink Sheet status. Management anticipates completion of this EDGAR application within the next two weeks. This inclusion on EDGAR meets the requirement of many brokerage houses to accept original certificates of the company for deposit by our loyal shareholders.
This regulatory process was much less complex due to the fact that Medinah Management has “never” utilized the “Regulation S” share issuances which are hard to account for and/or track. All shareholder accounts and Company records were deemed transparent, in good order, and all corresponding records of Annual General Meetings and special shareholder meetings have met and far exceeded matters required under the new standards to qualify.
The next step in the process is the objective of improving to “fully reporting status” with an updated 15c-211 filing, and historically audited Financial Statements. Management Accountants and our Legal Advisor are presently conjoined in the process of compiling these documents, but this will require a considerable period of time and extensive costs before final completion.
