How would the TA know shares are being sold as par

How would the TA know shares are being sold as part of an IPO Agreement where shares may have been restricted but have ultimately been sold into the market. Couldn't PF have access along these lines?
The wait for me is soon approaching 10 months now bud.
All I've seen is catastrophic losses...glad the MM's didn't take my $5k out today.
CC needs to address his shareholders in a public forum - like live CC w/questions.
Anything else is simply bush league on CC's part...
