Generally, the two sides will figure out a settlement. Otherwise these things go on in the courts for years. and the lawyers make alot of money. So, anticipate a settlement, when it gets old and boring to both sides. There probably wont be a big victory but things will then move forward.
I am still apprehensive of success here. Thats my experince. Having said that. I have an outstanding bid at Etrade for another mil shares, at... are you ready. $o.0006. I am going for the low hanging fruit. LOL.
