Good Morning All. I suspect there is a good chance the HIMR team is in Panama now, assuming they are signing the definitive agreement and negotiating for additional concessions. If more surveys need to be done, that too might require their presence as well.
Integracer02 mentioned another promo running today for HIMR. I feel this is likely being paid for by a third party again, and is being used to clear the market of the Class C share overhang. Unfortunately we do not know how many may still need to clear.
BLAINE, WA - Hollund Industrial Marine Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HIMR) (“Hollund” or the “Company”) announced today (08/01/2013) that the Company has entered into negotiations with the primary holder of Preferred C shares with a look to retire and restructure the holdings.
The press release from Hollund states they are looking at retiring and restructuring these holdings. So, based on past practices by this managerial team, this likely means Lonnie will be granted a percentage of future revenue in exchange for retiring his Class C shares. Hopefully, we will hear more about this soon. In my opinion, Hollund might also offer Lonnie a position in management, since he owns the TigerLynk technology.
