From where will new investors come from and when

From where will new investors come from and when will they start buying into TECO? Does it really take the stroking of an investment club to get the PPS to .04 which again; was an unhealthy attempt at a so-called "uptrend". Was that some sort of strategic message board game where one member recruits and another touts "uptrends" in order to get some people some profit taking? I've taken some recent small profits as well but regardless nobody and I mean nobody in the investing community gives a chit about TECO right now! I have a hard time believing there are an estimated 8000 shareholders based on the message board communities including FB.
There is not one "new" soul "getting ready" in my opinion. Just the same old longs stroking the message boards. I've said .25 by September. Some have touted SJ no. 3 completed by end of July or early August yet we are redrilling to 4000' so how could SJ no. 3 have been completed by end of July? Again I'll say September but I be I am incorrect on that guess. Those touting that information don't know chit about drilling oil wells and neither do I. I agree with all TECO is doing and I appreciate the newsletter. IR has doing an amazing job. NEVER BELIEVE MESSAGE BOARD CRAP AND ESPECIALLY DON'T TRADE BASED ON MESSAGE BOARD BS! CALL IR!
