In the last ten years the CareBot has gone from $20K to $12K to $10K. Those cost reductions have occurred despite increasing functionality due to the declining cost of personal computers. Several high end smart phones such as Apple's, Motorola's and Samsung's have a sufficient number of CPU cores, clock, low power and storage to run all of GOSY's AI software. In fact, the pads and tablets now coming out for "back to school" for $230-300 from Google, Dell, etc. are also sufficient from a hardware standpoint to definitely cost reduce the CareBot to a full retail of say, $4,995.
GOSY has always worked to keep their AI software portable to exploit decreasing computer system costs for over 16 years now!
