I see that resident cry baby 236Tool is trying to distort 'at arm's length', as if the transaction of assets will occur between Jim & Corinne without paying us in some shape or form. The assets will indeed be transferred, but as part of a legal sale of the company, so we either get xx$$/share or (Restricted) Shares, or a combination of that.
