The INFO AG corporation thus became defunct; nor will the INFO AG corporate name be continued. The primary domicile of QSC AG continues to be Cologne. The headquarters and locations of former INFO AG will remain in place. The new QSC AG is now one of the largest SME providers of one-stop shopping for ICT services in Germany. Since July 2012, QSC AG had held 100 percent of the shares of INFO AG, a provider of IT Outsourcing and IT Consulting and a certified SAP and Microsoft Partner domiciled in Hamburg. 'Through the merger of INFO AG with QSC AG, we have finalized QSC's transformation process from a pure TC provider into an integrated ICT provider,' explains JÃ¼rgen Hermann, Chief Executive Officer of QSC AG.
