Bronco - something tells me you haven't been invested in TECO for too long - if you've been around like some of us (for 3 years) you'd understand the frustration (PR's that never come to fruition, projected production that never comes to fruition, etc.) but there's nothing wrong with being an optimist - just don't set your expectations too high
