Good Morning all, and to you GoGetter!! Great info on the gaps, and like you said, they are tricky things to try and judge.
Kind of like when is a good time to sell!! LOL Only your personal comfort can answer that one, right!!
In the end, we all trade our own level of comfort and live with those decisions, based on our knowledge. By you getting this info to us, that was a GREAT job for helping everyone here out.
