Don't know for sure but obviously any shares for his salary+bonus go to him.
Shares for the $10,000,000, should they decide to convert the debt to equity would goto Mikah I assume. Mikah of course could still legally exist w/ his wife as CEO/Owner unless he transferred the assets of Mikah directly to himself before the sale.
