This is a great example of "HOW THEY STAY OFF THE RADAR" this was the holding of a "Private Equity Firm". This applies to Sole Proprieterships, C-Corporations and S-Corporations. You can have several independant C-Corps operating under an S-Corp. Unless you are directly involved in the "INDUSTRY"  and have an outstanding Interpersonal Network, "You will find Little or NO INFORMATION". I think this is the wall that we have run into.
