NEW YORK, Aug. 5, 2013. Sipp Industries, Inc. (SIPC) http://www.sippindustries.com/ and SPECTRE WORLDWIDE (SPECTRE) is pleased to announce that it has formally completed its merger with SIPC.
SIPC has also appointed Darren McMahon as President and Jonathan Morgan as Secretary and Treasurer. As part of the launch and a successful mergers the company's future plans are to target the expansion of their Private Label Liquor Brands.
